The Predeparture Orientation is a mandatory event that you must attend in order to receive the required documents for studying abroad. A PowerPoint presentation (PDF Format) has been prepared for students which includes information regarding passports, exchanging money, health issues, safe travel, etc.

You can watch a video which highlights the sights and sounds of Spain and includes interviews with students from previous programs.

The following forms are the required documents for study abroad participation and must be on file with the UGA en España office prior to departure. To open a form, click on the name of the form associated with a particular program.

**Please Note** After completing these forms, you must save to your desktop/local computer to retain any form field data. Then attach document to your e-mail and send to spain2@uga.edu. If you are not able to save the documents and send as attachments, please print them and return to the office.
